• Proprietor, JMDY Competency-Based Executive Coaching Services
• Assistant Professor, School of Education, University of Asia & the Pacific, (2nd Semester, SY 2005-'06 - present). This is a new assignment where she is assigned to develop, test and finally implement an innovative graduate course in M.A. Human Resources Development, assist the Dean in the development of assessment system for the five year graduate program of the UA&P, and finally to assist the Asso. Dean in the development and implementation of the Educational Leadership Program, part of the continuing education program for school administrators who have completed the MA in Values Education Program of the UA&P.
• Assistant Professor, Master of Science in Management Program, School of Management, University of Asia & the Pacific ( 1998-2005, first semester):
• Subjects taught: Organizational Development and Corporate Culture, Management Research 1 & 2, Human Resources Management. Installed and implemented program-wide career planning workshop sessions for both the 4th and 5th year management students since SY 1999 to the present which has generated Php 3million revenues to the program;
• Conceptualized, Developed and Implemented the Business-Academe Partnership (BAP) projects for the 5th year Master of Science in Management students which has generated new job opportunities for the graduates in the area of market research, management of customer loyalty programs. She initiated the formation of triad-based projects with client companies and business mentors to address real business issues that will be addressed within 7 months via a work-study program in the fifth/ senior year. To date, 118 projects have been completed for school years 2002-03, 2003-'04 and 2004-'05. Currently there are 38 ongoing projects to be completed in the summer of May, 2006.
• Institutional Consultant for the Transformation of the Municipal Development Fund Office (MDFO) Into the Municipal Fund Corporation (MFC), a Government Financial Institution jointly sponsored by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the World Bank, Washington. D.C. and the Department of Finance of the Government of the Philippines: August, 2005 - present;
